Former State security minister Bongani Bongo, his ex-wife Sandile Nkosi and three others have been acquitted of fraud and corruption land deals case amounting to R74 million.
The NPA say they are yet to study the judgement and see if there are options to appeal the judgement.
NPA’s spokesperson Monica Nyuswa told Rise FM that they still believe that there’s a strong case against the accused.
