We are thrilled to announce the inaugural Heritage Cup, presented by the Dr. Thulani Ngwenya Foundation. This landmark event aims to bring together the champions of Mbombela’s Kasi Football Games for a thrilling showdown, celebrating our rich cultural heritage through the beautiful game.
Event Details:
- Dates: 27th – 28th September
- Venue: KaNyamazane Stadium, Mbombela
- Gates Open: 7:00 AM
What to Expect:
- Grand Prize: The winning team will take home R50,000 and many more prizes!
- Team Affiliation Fee: R5,000 per team
- Benefits: Free entry, free parking, and a strict no-alcohol policy to ensure a family-friendly environment.
- Format: 8 teams will compete in a “Wafa-Wafa” format where the winner takes all.
