HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR PREPAID INTERNET SERVICE
1. Check your Fibre coverage
Check on the Openserve Fibre coverage map if your address is in an Openserve Fibre area. Click here to check your coverage now. Enter your address in the field provided. Our map will tell you what service you have available in your area.
2. Contact a participating internet service provider

3. Schedule a Fibre installation (if applicable)
If you don’t yet have Fibre installed at your premises, an Openserve technician will schedule an appointment to come through and install the Fibre infrastructure and WiFi-enabled device (ONT) at your home. Our technicians will connect the Fibre from the road into your home. Please ensure that someone is home on the installation day.
4. Ready, GO!
Once the installation is complete you will immediately have access to the internet. Your installation bundle gives you access to the internet for 14 days.
