The ConCourt will hand down the ruling on Nkandla on Thursday
The constitutional court has confirmed its judges will announce the ruling on the Nkandla case on The case will also decide on the powers of the Public Protector. Thuli Madonsela’s lawyers argued in court that her findings were binding and have to be implemented. Madonsela found that president Jacob Zuma unduly benefited from the R246 million non-security upgrades at his Nkandla home in Kwa-Zulu Natal. The president’s advocate conceded that he has to pay for the non-security upgrades.
